Alongside our client work, the Soldatovic family builds, funds, and runs businesses. We focus on places where product and technology can help. We state our role in each business with care. We publish figures only after we check them.
What we invest in, and why
We invest where we can add more than money. The business may need a better product, new technology, digital tools, or sound operations. We focus on energy, agriculture, and hospitality. Our family knows these sectors, and each one rewards patient work. We are not a fund. We have no fund life, fixed investment schedule, or limited partners. We invest our own capital in businesses we understand.
Owners who operate
We do more than hold shares. We may take a board seat, run part of the business, or lead product, technology, digitization, or delivery. We use the same skills in our investments as we do in client work. Here, we also risk our own money and make decisions as long-term owners. That experience shapes our advice to clients.
Selected interests
We list each interest by sector and state our role. We publish ownership, capacity, and capital figures only after checking current legal records. We do not repeat older figures that remain under review.
How to read the relationship labels
- INVESTED IN — Soldatovic Holding Co. or the family holds a minority or joint-venture interest and may hold an operating or board role. It does not control the business.
- OWNED BY — controlling ownership, disclosed with permission.
- OPERATED BY — Soldatovic Holding Co. runs the business.
- BUILT WITH — used for client work, never for investments.
Product work does not imply ownership. We do not present a partner's capacity, staff, patents, or revenue as our own.
Governance and disclosure
The founders make each investment decision. A named person checks the public facts for each interest, including our role, its status, and any figures. Portfolio companies keep their own names and websites. They refer to Soldatovic Holding Co. only when the wording matches our true role. We update this page when an interest ends, pauses, or changes.
