Soldatović Holding was born in 2015, when the Soldatović family made a bold move — returning from the United States to Serbia with a mission: to build something lasting at home.

Having worked in enterprise software development and digital solutions for clients like General Motors, the family shifted focus toward long-term investment, innovation, and regional impact.

Beginnings

But this journey didn’t begin in 2015. The Soldatović family has roots dating back to the 1800s — a lineage defined by integrity, resilience, and responsibility. With that heritage in mind, we aim not just to grow in business, but to honor tradition while shaping the future of our homeland.

Roots

Jovan Soldatović, as Executive Director, led the creation of multiple IT ventures in Serbia that directly employed over 40 young professionals and indirectly supported more than 70 jobs across the region.
Together with his wife Ivana, a member of the company’s board, they expanded into energy — initiating production and import of solar panels and heat pumps from China to the EU.

With deep roots in Šumadija, the family invested in over 70 hectares of forest restoration, as well as raspberry, blackberry, and apple farms that now feed export channels and support local agriculture.

In 2020, Soldatović Holding launched its first cybersecurity product and established a presence in St. Lucia — strengthening operations across Latin America and the U.S. With only a handful of global players offering this level of value in the sector, the company quickly earned recognition.
Alongside business growth, the Soldatović family has continuously supported local development through philanthropy.

Over the years, the company has financed community events, contributed to humanitarian causes, and supported public institutions — from organizing local initiatives to donating to schools and municipal organizations.
